SHIPPING CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR 2024
Thank you for your support in 2024, we will be working throughout the Christmas and New Year period, taking only the public holidays and weekends off.
Please note order volumes during this period are higher than normal and despatch may take between 1-3 business days but please be reassured we are working as fast as possible to get your orders out in a timely fashion.

HOW LONG DOES DISPATCH TAKE?
Orders placed before 1pm (AEST) business days excluding public holidays will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed and shipped the next business day.
SALES PERIODS
During our sale periods orders may take between 1-3 business days to be dispatched. You will receive a shipping notification once it’s on the way. We would like to thank you for your patience and ongoing support during these busy sales periods.

- Standard shipping fee of $10 for orders under $99

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Shop Skinluxe only ships within Australia.
SHIPPING INSURANCE
Shop Skinluxe automatically includes insurance as an add on at cart for an extra $2.95. If you choose to remove this insurance from your purchase, you accept responsibility of your parcel and if Australia Post fail to deliver your parcel for any reason or it is stolen, Shop Skinluxe are not liable. Orders that remove shipping insurance and are lost or stolen will not be refunded, replaced or reimbursed.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES SHOP SKINLUXE ACCEPT?
Shop skinluxe uses Shopify Payments through which you can purchase using Visa, Mastercard and PayPal
PRODUCT RETURNS
We are happy to accept product returns within 30 days for a refund or store credit provided the product is unopened and in it's original condition. Please note that, given the nature of our products, we do not provide refunds or exchanges where you have opened and changed your mind about a product.
In the rare instance you have had an allergic reaction to a product, please take a photo of the reaction and discontinue use immediately. Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back to us and a full refund will be given in this case.
